Phos Performance LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a seamless shopping and delivery experience (the "Services"). This Shipping Policy describes how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through the Services. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Shipping Policy, this Shipping Policy controls with respect to order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be processed the following business day. If we experience a high volume of orders or supply delays, processing times may take longer. Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary. Options generally include:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. only): 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. only): 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping (U.S. only): 1 business day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has left our facility, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available in the carrier’s system.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take additional time and may incur higher shipping fees.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, Phos Performance LLC ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but are working to expand availability in the future.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Insert support email] with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Phos Performance LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers should file claims directly with the carrier in such cases, although our team may provide assistance in starting an investigation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Phos Performance LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
