Shipping Policy

At Phos Performance LLC (“Phos Performance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to process and ship orders in a timely and professional manner. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order, as it governs the shipment of all products purchased through phosperformance.com.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed in accordance with industry-standard fulfillment timelines, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout, in confirmation emails, or by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to delay or suspend order processing due to, including but not limited to:
Payment authorization or verification issues
Inventory availability
Carrier capacity or service interruptions
Weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other comparable carriers.
By selecting a shipping method at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the carrier’s terms, conditions, and delivery standards.
3. Shipping Fees
Free shipping is offered on U.S. domestic economy shipping orders only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Expedited shipping options, international shipping, and any upgraded services are subject to additional fees.
All shipping fees, including expedited and international shipping charges, are non-refundable.
4. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility
All risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier once the shipment leaves our facility.
Phos Performance is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Carrier delays or delivery errors
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, the shipment is considered successfully fulfilled.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information at checkout.
Phos Performance is not responsible for:
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Packages returned due to address errors
Returned-to-sender shipments may be reshipped on a case-by-case basis and may require additional shipping fees. Reshipment is not guaranteed.
6. Damaged Shipments
If a product arrives damaged during transit, the issue is governed by our Refund Policy.
Damage claims must:
Be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Include clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging
Be submitted before the product is used or altered
All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a replacement or other resolution is not guaranteed. Refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Phos Performance is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates closely.
8. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or credits.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to:
Canada
Australia
New Zealand
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, inspections, or delays imposed by the destination country.
All customs-related fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Phos Performance is not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or rejections by customs authorities.
10. Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation or additional delivery security may be used at our discretion in accordance with industry standards. Selection or omission of signature confirmation does not transfer liability to Phos Performance.
11. No Shipping-Related Refunds
In accordance with our Refund Policy:
All sales are final
Shipping fees are non-refundable
No refunds or exchanges are provided for shipping-related issues, except for approved damage claims
