Refund Policy

At Phos Performance LLC (“Phos Performance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through phosperformance.com are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchase.


2. Damaged Products

We understand that shipping damage can occur. If your product arrives damaged in transit, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement under the following conditions:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
You must provide photographic evidence of the damage and proof of the shipment received.
The damaged product must not be used or altered before a claim is submitted.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a replacement or any other resolution is not guaranteed, and refunds are not guaranteed. If a claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.


3. How to Report Damaged Products

Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

A brief description of the damage.

We will review your submission and respond with instructions for receiving a replacement.


4. Shipping and Responsibility

Once a package leaves our facility, risk of loss or damage is transferred to the carrier.

We strongly recommend inspecting the package upon delivery and reporting any damage immediately.

Claims for damaged products submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible.


5. No Other Exceptions

Except as described above for damaged products in transit, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any products purchased through phosperformance.com.
