At Phos, we ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience.

Order Processing:
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs:
  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, method, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

Shipping Areas:
  • U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

  • Exclusions: P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking:
  • Tracking information will be emailed after shipping.

Damages or Delays:
  • Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

  • For lost or delayed packages, contact us for assistance.

Returns to Sender:
  • Reshipping fees apply for returned orders due to incorrect address information.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Phos, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges:
  • Exchanges are available for unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange and receive a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos to expedite resolution.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened supplements, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Return Process:
  1. Email support@phos.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Follow the instructions provided for shipping your item back to us.

Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
